Mr. Garland Arnold Harris age 83, of Roanoke Rapids, NC passed away Saturday, December 26. 2015 at his home.
Mr. Harris was born March 12, 1932 in Ponca City, Oklahoma, the son of the late Harold Andrews and Helen Moulton Harris.
He graduated from Syracuse University. He was a veteran of the US Army and served his country from 1954 -1956.
He was also preceded in death by his wife June Harris.
He is survived by his sons, Gary Harris and his wife Kathleen, Glenn Harris and his wife Dianne and Gregg Harris and his wife Elizabeth. His grandchildren, Cheyenne, Miranda, Andrew and Rebecca. His great grandchildren, Madison and Dakota.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are being handled by Massey Funeral Home in Roanoke Rapids.
